With a Masters in Marketing and Research, Manisha has been in the Research industry for more than 10 years. Starting off with the Retail Measurement team in India with Nielsen Mumbai, she has worked with key FMCG and Lubricants clients. Manisha has been in Malaysia for the last 5 years, with Nielsen and Dunnhumby working on Retail & Shopper Research as well as Media Planning for key clients like Nestle, Unilever, P&G, Carlsberg and Danone. She now works with key retailers like DFI, AS Watsons, Tesco and Aeon on trade and category insights. Manisha is a mother of two – an eight year old prince and a three year old princess. She also believes that without data, you are just another person with an opinion.

James Graham

James Graham is the Insight Director for Kantar Worldpanel, and have worked in the FMCG industry for more than 10 years both client side and agency side mainly in roles which focuses on shopper-understanding and how shoppers behave. He firmly believes that all excellent marketing and activity that is done have had the shoppers at their heart and have worked in his career to help FMCG companies understand & quantify this.

Paromeeta Mathur Banerjee
Director, Client Service Innovation and Product Development Lead of Kantar TNS

Paro is a Director with TNS Malaysia and leads the Innovation & Product Development business in Malaysia. She has more than 16 years of experience in market research. She has specialized expertise in the FMCG domain, and has worked across a  range of leading brands in her career so far, such as Nestle, PepsiCo, Danone, Glaxo SmithKline, Campbell’s and F&N just to name a few.

Her extensive research experience ranges across innovation related research such as large scale and strategic usage & attitude studies, segmentation research including white space and opportunities identification, brand & communication research and strives towards delivering invaluable insights targeted at driving growth for business.

Jillian Tan
Account Manager of GFK

Jillian has close to 8 years of experience in working with data, a majority of which was built with GfK. Her experience in market research encompasses fact-based consulting to household appliance giants in Malaysia, helping brands identify strategic drivers of growth and providing insights into consumer’s spending patterns in the Malaysian market. She is passionate about how markets continue to evolve as technology facilitated lifestyles become the norm.
